We created Flow Fitness because we felt the need for a private center where you can come and go as if it's your own personal fitness kingdom, shared with a maximum of 150 other people. With us, you get to experience training at your own pace, with a unique sense of ownership.
At Flow Fitness, we have designed a gym where you can usually train all alone, surrounded by an inspiring environment. Here you can turn on your own music through the speakers, creating the perfect sound backdrop for your training sessions. We believe that the training experience should be personal and adapted to you.
Our beautiful changing rooms are equipped with products from Rituals, so you can end your training session with an extra feeling of well-being. Afterwards, you can enjoy a boiling hot sauna stay as a reward for your efforts. We also have plenty of lockers where you can safely store your personal belongings while you train.
To make the experience even more seamless, we have chosen to get rid of physical cards and integrated the key card into our practical app. Now you can easily access the training area using your mobile, and you no longer have to worry about losing the training card yours.
At Flow Fitness, we offer different memberships, from those without commitment for total flexibility, to 12-month commitment for those seeking long-term training goals.
